Open Spoolworth Web — the same calculator, jobs, spools and profit dashboard, with nothing to install and no account to create. It keeps working offline after the first load, and your data stays in your browser. The free tier is the same as the iPhone app's: save 3 jobs and track 1 spool, with the quote calculator and the profit dashboard unlimited.
Quoting is unlimited and free everywhere. The free tier lets you save 3 jobs and track 1 spool, in the iPhone app and in the browser alike. Pro removes both limits and adds CSV export of every job. It's sold as a one-time unlock or a yearly subscription; current prices are on the App Store page.
Two things stay free for everyone on purpose: the profit dashboard, and the JSON backup of your whole store — you should never need to pay to keep a copy of your own data.
Pro is bought in the iPhone app. Today the browser version can't yet tell that you paid; letting you sign in to unlock it there is being built.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If that doesn't fix it, email us from the address above.
Everything stays on your device. There are no accounts and no cloud sync, so nothing is uploaded anywhere — and deleting the app deletes your data with it. Pro users can export jobs to CSV from Settings first. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Not yet, and we'd rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. The two keep separate local stores. The browser version can export and re-import its own backup file, and the iPhone app can export your jobs as CSV with Pro, but a proper transfer between the two isn't built. It's on the list.
Six lines: material (grams × price per kg, including multi-color purge waste), electricity (print hours × printer wattage × your rate), printer depreciation (printer price spread over its expected lifetime hours), a failure buffer you control, your hands-on time, and per-job consumables. When you set a selling price, marketplace fees can be added on top so the number you see is what you actually keep.
Yes. In Etsy, go to Shop Manager → Settings → Options → Download Data and get the Sold Order Items CSV. In the iPhone app, use Import Etsy sales in Settings; in the browser version it's at the bottom of the Quote tab. Importing the same file twice won't create duplicate jobs. The 3-saved-job free limit applies to a bulk import too — it will tell you how many it could not take.
Imported sales carry no marketplace fees — Etsy's export doesn't include them — so treat the profit on an imported sale as before fees until you add them yourself.
The browser version is translated into English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese and Simplified Chinese — it follows your browser's language. The iPhone app is English only for now.
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. In the browser version, clearing your browser's site data for this site does the same. Neither leaves a copy with us, because we never had one.
